  • anubis is basically a bitcoin miner, with the difficulty turned way down (and obviously not resulting in any coins), so it's inherently random. if it takes minutes it does seem like something is wrong though. maybe a network error?

    looks like the kernel level anticheat is still not effective, judging from other comments in the thread. the easiest way to fix this is of course with proper dedicated servers and an invite system, but nobody seems to want to do that anymore
