Say, how come this? I've installed Linux-based OSs onto laptops without much care in the world, yet I feel like trying a custom ROM on Android requires me to check for ROM compatibiliy with my device and brings risk of bricking
I've tried COSMIC DE Beta on Pop!_OS on an older laptop I have around, and the feature I'm looking forward to most, that I've seen and experienced from my mininal usage of it, is the ability to easily change colours from settings. Not just accent colours, but window colours, text colours, etc. From what I recall, I could, for instance, recreate Hot Dog Stand, the Windows 3.1 colour theme, right from the system settings app, no third party downloads
I had Sonic, from the Sonic Riders series. Seeing as Sonic could slide through some cable thing, made sense. Plus, like, Danny Phantom, maybe, and maybe others.
To add to that, I reckon apps shoud show an example notification for each category. It's cool and all that notifications got categories, and you can disable specific ones, but I'm still clueless oftentimes about what a category really is or what I am disabling, due to their simplistic category title. Does this disable something important, or just the annoying crap they send to try to get us back in?
That's not a very specific definition, innit? I looked these folks up, and didn't exactly spot any obvious similarities among them, though maybe that's just me. I mean, are people gonna see me and be maybe slightly reminded of Jason Momoa but in a dollar store knockoff version, or am I gonna maybe sorta make people unconsciouly be thinking "hmmm… they remind me of someone. I just can't pinpoint who exactly", unaware that they're in fact thinking of Gal Gadot? Cause those are different paths. I mean, what does that even imply? Slightly bigger, a wee bit more muscular, 5 ³⁄₇ pack? Or do I thin out ever so slightly, with a milimiter larger butt or something? So many ways one could change, appearance-wise
Indeed, I can see the parallel. To the movie, of course. I have not read the book, which I reckon has no plots? (It seems ťo be history rather than story). Though they do differ in a few ways. Great movie, imo
Plot twist: this was a group act all along. The murderer flees the scene. Once the image gets released, a second actor shows up at a McDonald's, a public space. Gets reported to authorities by a third actor, who does actually work at McD's. They waste the authorities' time, and the second actor, having commited no crimes, proves his innocence. The actual murderer, in the meantime, disappears for real, benefiting of the time wasted by the authorities. Second actor represents something, and gets some cool pics getting "arrested"
