  • I self host vault warden, and the card auto-fill works ~70% of the time, and about half of those, the security code or the expiration doesn't work. EBay is the first one that comes to mind. I know it's the websites not following standards or conventions. It happens often enough that I remember the dates and codes now because I end up having to fill them in so often.

  • I run frigate, and home assistant. Frigate alone doesn't have any auth, which is fine on my lan but it complicates remote access. I put it behind caddy with basic auth, but I'd like to find a more elegant solution.

  • It's so bad I uninstalled all updates and went back to the version that shipped with the phone. That got rid of it.

    I tried to install other versions from apkmirror but the design has been in there a while and they turned it on server side. My P8 shipped with

    messages.android _20230529_03_RCO1

    and it's gone for me.

  • I used Shark Ion RV750 and RV750N. Basically no parts cross over but the layout is very similar. Both were straightforward to interface with and even had a little slot the board fit in!
