I believe in myself. I believe in everyone else too, until they give me a reason not to.

I believe every particle/atom/point within my reality has a connection equivalent to what one might call a 'soul' and it exists outside of dimensional reality, the dimensions being represented by a line (1d), a plane (2d), a field (3d) and the function of time (4d). Currently for me this puts these connections in the 5th dimension. I use the term "philote" as a label for each connection. That term is borrowed from the Ender books.

Life as we know it is made up of many atoms, formed into molecules, cells, organs and so on. At the core, each atom having its own connected philote, an organism is a community of philotes working together to stay connected and keep the organism going. The organism they represent is in a way, their religion. I believe in the philotes representing my human body. They believe in me.

When I die, my atoms with scatter. Some philotes will be swept away in the atmosphere, some will become the rotting and disintegrating organs of my body. Unless I'm cremated or destroyed in some other way similar, some parts of my body will remain connected. The philotes that make up my bones will remain connected to each other, as the philotes of my skin and blood etc. spread and become new things.

If I meet someone and have an affinity to them, I believe that some of my philotes and some of their philotes were once part of the same organism. They belonged to the same philotic 'church' of that organism. They recognize each other. They like each other. Thus I like the other person and they like me, even if we can't explain why ourselves. It is like magnetism, our philotes know each other and know they have similar goals and will work together. Since philotes exist outside of time, this affinity may be caused by something which has not occurred yet. Perhaps the other person and I die and many of our philotes become a new entity sometime in the future. A new church or religion of philotes.

If I meet someone and do not like them and cannot explain why, I believe that my philotes and their philotes are of opposing goals. Their philotic church does not agree with my philotic church. The philotes are repelled from each other, like how a magnet will repel. We go our separate ways. Perhaps their philotes were once part of an organism and my philotes were once part of the blade which killed their organism. Perhaps one day some of my philotes are part of an organism that is consumed by their organism. Some philotic clusters do not like an event. They accept it but will repel future or past encounters with philotes of the opposing mass. They do not believe in them. Their church is not the same. They do not like the outcome. There could be many reasons. Your beliefs still exist within my beliefs, even if yours do not include mine.

The big bang. The heat death of the universe. The big suck. No, the big suck is not referring to an adult video or a powerful vacuum or my ex. It's the opposite of the expansion of the universe. The big bang exploded. It spreads all atoms out. An atom and its philote no longer want to spread out. They want to return. They flip. They become dark matter or dark energy. They change direction in the 4th dimension. They contract instead of expanding. Other philotes agree and flip. Eventually, the universe stops expanding and contracts. The philotes reunite. They become a singularity. All existance in one point. That is too much for one point. It explodes. The big bang happens again. This never ends. This is happening an infinite number of times right now. Dark matter and dark energy are not measurable because they do not exist anymore at that point in time. From the perspective of a flipped philote, our existance is the dark matter. The flipping happens in all directions in 4 dimensions. It can be backwards on a line, diagonally on a plane, it can loop in a field and go sideways in time.

The big bang, the heat death of the universe and the big suck I represent like this: ∞=|¿√∞²?|=∞ Reality is equal to the question of the absolute value of the square root of infinity squared. A pointless math formula. A story that unfolds and returns.

Sounds like everything you try doing to de-escalate things backfires. Consider reversing course and escalate hard. Play pornographic videos loudly (if you know their sexuality, play videos that are not), throw shit around, move furniture as a daily workout, let out orgasmic screams at random, re-enact choice scenes from Stomp! and drown out their retaliatory noises until you are unable to hear them anymore.

If the landlord tries to say anything, play it innocent, do not let on that this is vengeance, say it's just a misunderstanding or that you didn't realize how loud it was. They wanna say it's all you, make it all you and then some. Fight fire with fire. Make them fear you. Make the landlord break the lease if you have one.

having outside eyes on me is an interesting thought. i have a caring support network that i talk to regularly, family members and a psychologist, to help keep me rooted on earth most of the time, if that's what you meant by the question. the question could also be interpreted as being monitored or surveilled, like by police or the like, which insofar as i know, no more than the average citizen, no less.

my hyperbole can be too hyperbole. the term adynaton comes to mind. idk if it's from bipolar or adhd, like mania or hyperfocusing, or maybe artificial colors and lead paint or simply part of my personality or genetics. sometimes the imagination runs free, albeit disjointed at times.

The plan is to keep the people dumb, in debt, in jail, in fear and/or under their control. there's the idea of accelerationism, where to force change, instead of doing things like lowering national debt or slowing climate change, to do whatever it takes to increase them or speed them up, make them worse and let the survivors figure it out. With the jails packed and turned into debtors prisons, utilizing the prison population as cheap labor and a legal form of slavery, they think they can create an industrial revolution. there's also a scientific revolution they hope to bring about, detailed here later.

When I say 'they' i'm referring to the US's current administration of MAGt's and muskrats, who also are in a triumvirate of power with vanilla pudding (the ruler of ru) and xj (if you gotta ask, you can't afford it AKA the ruler of ch). they are the scamchurian candidates, the fronts of the real controllers, the ~2700 billionaires that are known about and a few other hundred that are probably hiding away somewhere. the goal is to end with control over the remaining 99.999999999% of the population by using about 2% to subjugate the rest and force change which will kill off 75% of the people (leaving a PROJECTed 25 percent left), which might slow global warming and the destruction of life on earth just long enough for the remaining scientist slaves to create a base on mars or underwater or in another dimension or whatever, where the 0.0000000001% will live, supplied by the space elevator or portal tech or whatever gets invented to allow them to continue their lavish lives at the cost of billions of others.

i have a theory using a metaphor based on Newton's laws. they believe they are the unbalanced force in the first law, creating a change, disrupting the object in motion which is humanity and its future. they want to be, or believe they are, the result of the first law as shown by the application of the second law: the combination of mass and acceleration. they are the mass. they believe they are accelerating things. while the third law, every action has an opposite but equal reaction, is their methodology. by strengthening their hold over a large amount of educated people through debt and eliminating the department of education, it will suppress scientific progress and contain it, hoping to force a powerful reaction as the pressure builds and eventually boils out or explodes, resulting in some major scientific breakthrough that will save the day which they will take credit for. except it wont happen and instead there will be decades of unnecessary suffering as their plans fail miserably and all the bad things in the world continue to grow unchecked.

treat all that the talking heads say, as not just lies but the exact opposite of the truth and the plan is revealed. when they make accusations, that's what they are planning to do. when they claim something they are doing will help people or industry or whatever, it will hurt it severely. destroy the dollar and other major currencies to force a switch to a cryptocurrency they control. censor information and remove freedom of speech. murder, arrest or deport anyone who dissents too loudly. epsteins island was nothing, instead of a pedophile island they will create a pedophile nation.

yeah, i know, this is all more than just a bit of a crazed rant. i can't say i believe all this 100%. i don't think it is all too far from the truth either. i wish i had the means to do something to stop it beyond ranting like a madman online. at least my student loans were forgiven. total and permanent disability did that. hooray. i'm debt free. now i can enjoy all that life has to offer... i had way too much coffee today.

The term for combining their computational power is "concurrent computing", "parallel computing" or "distributed computing" which aren't really all exactly the same but i can't find distinctions betwen them that are well defined. making them all accesible in one place is something i want to do as well but i get distracted easily and haven't made much progress.

KVM is an abbreviation that means 'keyboard video mouse' which also might be something to look into but it can be confusing as it also is an abbreviation for 'kernel virtual machine' which also might be related but that's as far as i got mostly.

i believe you can create a local network if you have a router/hub/switch device with multiple ethernet ports. if all the devices have wifi you should be able to connect through that, using something like jellyfin or maybe proxmox. wish i knew more and could help, hopefully you get better advice because i want to do the same or something similar.

The ADHD aspect of computer related stuff is something I wish more people understood, Linux and beyond. I have about 45 seconds before I get distracted, that's if I'm lucky and my phone doesn't go off or a neighbors dog starts barking or I hear strong wind and decide to check the weather or I suddenly remember I need to mop the floor of my bathroom and a near infinite set of other possibilities. If I need to spend 15 minutes reading man pages about what arguments actually do or searching online for it and getting a short list of links dating anywhere from 2 to 20 years ago or a forum post with a dozen pages of comments then I... I... shit. What was I doing?

my tech news sites are slashdot, hacker news, phoronix, techdirt (although they are mostly a political site now but their source linking is phenomenal), fedscoop (entirely US based, also more political than tech now and possibly a psyop) and reddit with an account that has a very selective set of followed subreddits to try and avoid the slow and continual decay of dead reddit.

I probably should have used 'smaller chips' instead. another idea would be using 'thinner phones' or 'lighter phones'. i was a weird writing headspace when i wrote that and liked the flow of going from 'bigger' to 'smaller'.

That layout is very similar to my own although I'm using KDE. I'd share a screenshot but it would be hard to see since I'm using 3 monitors and one is an ultrawide, plus 4 virtual desktops, so screenshots don't do it any justice.

In addition, it would be useful to have a dead mans switch function as well. For example, it uploads the livestream to a private server and a timer starts for a predetermined amount of time. The uploader has to enter a passkey or do a mfa or some similar security mechanism to stop the timer before it runs out. If it does run out or too many incorrect attempts are made, the uploaded video gets forwarded to a list of contacts, created by the video taker. Perhaps to a bunch of press contacts, civil rights groups, family members, next of kin or maybe a lawyer in the event of an incarceration.

Here in America, they might also shoot the camera, you know, in self defense.

Bigger monitors, smaller phones, higher color depth, lower latencies, customizable window decorations, chronal themes, AI, blockchain, more devices, trackers, architectures, platforms, malwares, internet protocols, programming languages, human languages, ads, ads, ads, ads, doom, power saving, content, content moderation and I'm sure there's plenty more reasons that might contribute to the growth.

Not saying I like or want all those things, simply that they might be contributing to size increases. I want to say I'm glad you asked this and thank you for asking. In this day and age there are a lot of valid concerns for privacy and anonymity and the result is that people do not share how their system(s) work, not openly or very often. I'm still fairly new to Linux (3.5 years) and at times, I feel like I am doing everything wrong and that there is probably a better way. Posts like these help me learn about possible improvements or mistakes I might have made.

I previously used Vorta with Borgbackup locally, automatically backing up my Home (sans things like .cache and .mozilla) to a secondary internal drive every other day. I also would manually back up a smaller set of important documents (memes and porn #joke) to a USB flash drive, to keep on my person, which also would be copied across several cloud storage providers (dropbox, mega, proton), depending on how much space their free versions provided, with items removed according to how much I trusted the provider.

Then I built a new system. In the process of setting it all up, I had a few hiccups. It took longer than I expected to have a stable system. That was over a year ago (stat / ...Birth: 2024-02-05 04:20:53...) and I still haven't gotten around to setting up any backup system on it. I want to rethink my old solution and this post is useful for learning about the options available. It's also a reminder to get it done before it is too late. Happy to see this. I had a similar idea once. About every 6 months I spend a day searching a few search engines for my name. My name is fairly unique. At least one person shares my first and last name. I have seen them appear in results, listed with criminal charges that were mine. The ones that show up, I look for 'remove my data and do not sell my information' instructions. If they are not there, I look for a contact page and e-mail them. in the email i include:

• links with my data i want removed
• links with my data misrepresenting other people, also with a request to remove

companies that blatently disregard me or remove my data but return it later, by accident or not, after some time has passed, will also get requests to remove:

• arbitrary links to random people which have nothing to do with me but might be confused thanks to enough similarities.
• many of the same requests, from several different e-mails, basically spamming them.

the idea, which is probably pointless, is to taint the data on the sites that don't comply. i also assume the companies that return my info later, are tagging all removal requests together, because why would i want to remove the data of a completely unrelated stranger? i'm wishfully thinking they end up with bad data that damages their reputation. i call it 'fauxkakke' aka 'fake bukakke.

I aim for B. I can't seem to avoid it though so i stick to a set of sites mostly. i have a folder of bookmarked pages that i check every day or three by using 'open all in new tabs', labelled 'news and junk'. it contains slashdot, hackernews, phoronix, techdirt, lemmy and reddit. my reddit is subscribed only to a very small set of local subs, because reddit is trash but i can't get my entire hometown to move to lemmy. also in that folder are a group of local websites, for the library, parks department, a couple local event lists, a local computer group, a local linux users group, a furry events calendar and local amateur radio stuff.

one things i really wish existed is an extension that detects and blocks any site leading to garbage about the current US president, who i despise and want to ignore, despite ignoring it being to my detriment most likely. that vile man needs to go away.

additionally, i have a collection of hundreds of map sites bookmarked, with a folder containing a set i check with about the same regularity as my news sites. ventusky.com for weather, adsb.fi for tracking aircraft (i live by a major air force base in the US, directly under the main landing flight path, so i hear and see large planes flying under 1000 feet a lot), the noaa space weather dashboard page for space weather enthusiasts to see if aurora might be visible and for amateur radio solar radiation interference likelihood, timeanddate.com to check for astronomical events like eclipses, communitycrimemap.com to see reported crime going on near me, https://redskyready.com/auxcomm-usa-dashboard/ for a variety of maps to see if anything stands out like fires or earthquakes and also to check amateur radio stuff, and finally https://rsoe-edis.org/eventMap to see worldwide disasters that might be important to know about.

my system doesn't keep me perfectly up to date but it covers what i think i need to know and comes from sources i trust well enough (although not entirely, like with communitycrimemap which is lexisnexus and the news sites are mostly aggregators with dubious links at times)
