What was the last dumb phone you had before your first smartphone?

  • Yes it starts with a core made of fabric scraps, and then wrapped in thinner and thinner yarn and then finally thread.

    I would say making the ball itself takes me about an evening, and then several hours for marking and embroidery. I usually make these in short sessions and I finish one in a week or two.

  • p5js.org. It is a beginner-friendly website for creating stuff in JavaScript straight into a browser. They also have resources and tutorials. After trying to learn coding for a long time, this is the place where it finally clicked for me.

  • Yes! That little tune at the beginning with the Cyan logo is engraved in my brain.

    I didn't speak English when I played the game and I would call my mom over every time I found a new page and make her translate. But then they were just chopped up words and there wasn't much to translate, and I so desperately wanted to understand because it seemed important.
