  • If you try a distro that does it by default then it is no more complicated then ext4 for the user. The distro will setup things for you. I know that opensuse Tumbleweed and Fedora Workstation set this up by default. Manually configuring is how ever a bit more complicated.

  • Well that is unusual these days. You PXE boot the entire OS and mount some type of network share or you use it more in a terminal sense to logon to a more powerful machine?

  • it depends which device you get. Some routers are much better then others at routing. i think you want to look at the CCR series.
