  • It's just a flash or it stays as a blue block? I might need to change it to a loading indicator. What's happening is In .98 I made a change to unload posts that have been scrolled past to save memory so what you're seeing is the posts that have been unloaded and are loading in.

  • Hi, thanks for the feedback! This should be fixed on the latest beta. (or hopefully coming live later today).

  • Are you still seeing it in 0.99?

  • Is this still happening on beta 1.0.98?

  • Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying Connect and it's been a fun hobby project for myself.

  • Thanks will take a look!

Edit: just pushed 1.0.99 which fixes this and a webview issue. Should be live in an hour or two.

  • Hi! It is but the fix would have to be done by the Thunder devs. I only know about it because I had to do the same on Connect from this bug report: https://sopuli.xyz/post/898224

  • The only thing I can think of is that the feature is not enabled. Global Settings at the bottom is set to false?

  • Hi, this issue should be fixed in the beta (1.0.97) and will hopefully be rolling out today!

  • There's an experimental feature for horizontal swiping on posts to go to the next one which might be close to what you're looking for, although I haven't hooked up pagination yet so it will swipe to the end of the posts in whatever list you're on then back out.

  • Are you on the beta? I think I have it fixed in .97. if not that's okay too it should be fixed in the next release!

  • I should probably change that name to be more clear but when enabled it will mark the post as read when the image is viewed (tapped into).

  • Hmm maybe I should reverse the order for right handedness

  • Thank you! Glad you're liking it.

  • Hi, just making sure you saw this but it's now possible on beta version 1.0.96

  • Thanks for the feedback! I'll update it to respond to the 'handedness' setting in the next update to be positioned on the right.

  • I believe that's intended if you have an instance block for feddit.it it will block comments of users from that instance. I can add a setting to turn that off though

  • It's part of Lemmy's custom markdown which is why I haven't gotten around to supporting it yet (or the spoiler tag). Probably the same for the other devs too.

  • Thanks for the feedback, will add an option for this in the next release
