There's nothing illegal about downloading streams, but if the purpose of your downloads is to get fraudulent royalties, then of course it's illegal as wire fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1343.

I would have imagined that everyone would hop off at the station, they'd then drive out to a parking junction, and then drive back the electric train to the station for people to load in again.
