  • I don't like this trend! War movies in 10-20 years will be boring. No Rambos, no Schwarzeneggers, no Spielberg and Tom Hanks emotional patriotism! No funny casual racism, no casual homophobia, no casual misoginy... Did Mark Hamil play a terrorist in Star Trek after all? The End of an Era. We're gonna have to watch films about how a bribed White House politicant struggles to keep up with weapon manufacture demands while managing to convince his wife not to divorce him because she feels neglected since he's never at home... directed by Clint Eastwood.

    That's boring. I'm out!

  • ... "won’t support our key middle east partner any longer" ...

lol. They will forget. We are forgetting faster and faster... the new generations are also not caring more and more. And we need oil. Lot's of oil.

It's all going as planned. What these butchers (not just Israel, also US and EU) are doing to Palestine today will just be a footnote of a 'war against terrorists' in few years.

This genocide is no freak accident (weakened Israeli defense systems my ass). All our politicians hands and by proxy our hands are steeped in blood... and the Nazis are louder and louder in Europe again... cheered on and supported by the mighty american and british media and war machines. All running on oil.

The ones that will still be remembering won't have any platform to be seen or to act upon...

  • "A magical sky god war" is being financed by our taxes and Saudi royalty. There is no "holy war". It was always about resources, political influence and greed. Religion is just a smoke screen.

Just because you got bored of one war, doesn't mean this genocide should be overlooked.

  • War is fine as long as it's not a "holy"?

  • As long as US and EU support you, you can do whatever you want. US and EU will even send you weapons, bombs and tanks to do it more efficiently. This is nothing new, and you will see this open genocidal behavior more often in the future, and their media will justify this mass murdering behavior tomorrow. Just make sure US and EU are supporting you, otherwise you are either a terrorist or commie and aren't allowed to be a genocidal psychopath.

Our "democratically elected" and "lesser evil" politicians and industrialist are not human.

  • Started reading few hours ago. Still in a room without a view with 2 robotic arms. That's my weekend I guess.

  • All my ex’s live in Texas

  • But you did choose those leaders, by accepting the two party system and always voting for the lesser evil. The phenomenon of ‘the lesser evil’ isn’t born out of necessity, it is manufactured, so the people who have money can earn even more wealth and power every 4 years by giving you their option for leadership.

I like the idea of the guillotine, but those blades have never been sharpened in the US… you always liked your less evil leaders.

  • An open and honest government wouldn't have a need to classify documents... an open and honest government wouldn't wait 50 years to declassify those same documents. Nothing open or honest about this government either way... These documents are written by the perpetrators anyway...

  • What's the point? Those responsible politicians and their mass murdering buddies are either dead or way above the law. The public which could and should learn something from this are currently too busy masturbating to war footage and news from Ukraine.

We all already know what the US did in Latin America (and still does)... no need to read something War Criminals and Human Rights Violators didn't want you to read for 50 years... shove those documents up your ass CIA.

  • Just finished 'The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet' by Becky Chambers - quite fun space opera (if you like Firefly etc.), I'll definitely pick up the rest of the series at one point.

Started reading 'They Never Learn' by Layne Fargo - Starts interesting, I feel I'll finish this one.

After that I will definitely start reading 'All Systems Red' by Martha Wells - I've been hearing about 'Murderbot Diaries' and how good they are for years now...

I like reading scifi most, but always try to squeeze some other genre in between.

  • I hope you fucking die, Harley Jarvis!

  • All this.. all this multi billion dollar development, all those 'brains', all the time and space a tech company occupies in it's lifetime... just to force you to watch ads?

What a shitty society and what a shitty communication system we have, just because some morons want to earn some billions more...

There is no endgame when it comes to greed, those pricks will always want more.

  • Ahoy matey. Quite a conundrum ya have there. Th' winds be fair in times like this... may yer briny deep be bountiful!
