Let people upgrade in stages. I had a zombie computer for years that started it ass a mini atx pc. Most parts won't fit in a mini atx tower, so you sorta need a bigger case before you upgrade anything else.
One example would be when people move around in large crowds. Their behavior can be misspelled by following fluid dynamics equations. It's as if thousands of people share a consciousness that they don't understand/notice.
Taoism teaches us that the it true consciousness is universal. We are essentially waves of energy, all bound together/connected by empty space. So we share a consciousness that can be tapped into his meditation and being in the moment.
The thing is, you don't need to reproduce the full power of the sun. All you need to produce, is the particular wavelengths of light which are absorbed best by the chlorophyll in the plants. And with modern LEDs, the power consumption is tiny.
With wind, solar, and geogermal energy production, one could theoretically power, and regulate the temp/humidity in the facility with a net 0 carbon emissions. Not a few hundred thousand gallons of gas....
I think you're underestimating the time and resource impact of transporting tons of food, often refrigerated, from the middle of nowhere to dense urban centers.
With enough renewable energy, the emissions cost of replacing the sun indoors could be zero.
Seriously. If everyone on earth stopped eating meat tomorrow, we would still be just as fucked as we are now.
And do we expect the meat industry to just disappear? They have lots of land and equipment that they will try to use in other ways. Maybe they'll even decide to drill for oil on their land.
Isn't this more for fruit flies? I tried something similar for fungal nats and was unsuccessful.
What worked for me was yellow sticky pads and letting plant soil dry out almost completely between waterings.
Also work vans are superior to pickup trucks in almost every way.
And the comment you're replying to didn't mention anything about how over the years, the size of truck beds has shrunk, while the cab has grown.
I'm sure that has a lot to do with it's utility...
