Another skill is not caring if someone has a solution other than yours. It'd take half the time to write it down as it would just to look up the answer.

They didn't ask to get born, and you people get all bent out of shape when they kill themselves.

That means teachers would have to discipline, which means that the superintendent or school board would have to pay a fair salary and give fair tools, which means the state or city would have to up the budget, which means that we wouldn't be able to repave the roads in the nice part of town next spring.

Most jobs don't really care if you're on your phone if you are on break. Some jobs don't care so long as work gets done. It seems your job or career is less forgiving than most.

I don't know why you're acting like a blanket ban is a good thing, and I don't know why you assume thinking that we should treat children and teenagers with a level of respect means I think that children are being treated like cattle.

Yes. Europeans will walk 3 miles for a coffee, but consider 3 hours a long drive. Americans will drive 100 ft to take out trash, but will drive for 12 hours straight to leave their state.

I mean, we left the planet. We created art. We did some good, and life will diversify again after we're gone.

Telling a kid, "Yeah, it sucks and it isn't going to get any better," is the last thing you should tell a kid in these modern times. That's half the reason so many people are suffering mentally. The lack of an ability to affect change because stubborn goons with more power than them assume they know how things should be done.

Uhhh no? Soda is literally the cheapest item a restaurant or bar sells. Do you think they have a secret RC cola line from the soda machines so they can save .02 cents per already marked up by 50% rum/whiskey and coke?

Are you getting that mixed up? Because sketchy bars will absolutely switch the liqour you asked for for well stuff if they think you won't notice.
