im honestly wondering why there are ai images in this article? they don't contribute anything id prefer screenshots instead to actually see relevant stuff - like with the line about garuda's ui. otherwise a pretty ok article
probably bc wofi may be in more repos n package managers afaik, seems like a popularity issue for rofi-wayland more than a more conscious decision to not recommend it
most of it is custom, but the librewolf theme is the github page in the screenshot and the wofi theme is like the first result on github for wofi (is part of a pack of themes)
