  • I wouldn't call it a fumble, it seems pretty successful in its target demographic

  • theoretically that version could just work on other OSes since KaiOS apps are all PWA

  • I did but it's been increasingly tempting to go back due to the site's reredesign (which i think is actually really good) and the lack of activity related to my interests on Lemmy

  • I used xCloud actually. It handled Moonlight/Sunshine moderately well but steam link sucked

    hopefully the non-pro is also closer to 6.0" than 7", my 6 is pretty uncomfortable to hold and I don't think the 7's 6.3 really makes much of a difference

  • swap is a safety measure in case a device's ram gets overloaded, it relegates a portion of your storage for use as "RAM"

  • I really hate that android tries to expand the selection to whatever it thinks is relevant, I don't need selection to be "smart" just let me select what I want to select

  • have you tried running the games through steam? lutris has an option to add games to your steam library

  • fun fact the Epic Games Launcher is a full Unreal Engine 4 app
