Science is cool, it is only pretty recently becoming possible to do in a reasonable manner thanks to the huge advances in understandings of nutrients and plant based foods.

I think discussing the emerging field of plant based and synthetic replication of a carnivores diet using real research is pretty clear cut not animal abuse just because it can be animal abuse if not done carefully and because you say so. (Also, I'm not a vegan and I have never fed my cat vegan food, you guys are just obnoxious though)

I don't love the difficulty of extremely fast individual identification but there is something to be said for the ease of extremely fast collective identification, it makes it very easy to see which group of apps each app belongs to, which is also valuable.

I know this is NCD but ability to make a dirty bomb or deploy WMDs on the battlefield or in strategic theater use is not at all the same thing as MAD. Iraq had no space program, no long range strategic bombers, no nothing of the sort. (They also didn't have WMDs at that point in time though so...). The concern was that Iraq could use WMDs to harm its neighbors, its own populace, or to enable terrorist groups to use smuggled WMDs. That's wishful thinking, they have put up far more infrastructure around state election counting than any previous election, the shady shit with batches of votes going missing from 20 years ago is nothing compared to what they're doing nowadays. They will do anything to shift vote counting and then cast doubt about the legitimacy enough that they can send it to the supreme court again. It happened before with Bush v Gore with much less shady dealing and a much less stacked supreme court than they have set up now.
