I don’t need one for a private use, so would really just rather host something that supports a community project, if that’s possible. So far I have no ideas so I’ll probably just donate it to someone who has some kind of use case for it

Indian civilians overwhelmingly support invading Pakistan though, India is a democracy, and the civilians vote for their leaders

India is bad but Pakistan is not any better. There are no good sides to support in this conflict, both are worth each other

He’s not “light”, he’s built his whole campaign around the hate towards Muslims in India. If something goes wrong in India, this is what he tries to do:

1. Blame Pakistan
2. If not possible to Pakistan, blame Muslims in India
3. If not possible neither, act as if it’s not a problem and stay that the situation is worse in North Korea

On the same time, he jails political opponents and media outlets that have courage to be critical of him. His Adani buddy is way more powerful in India than Trump’s Musk in the US, and does equally if not worse things

The problem here is they wanna replace the planes with Chinese planes. It’s not about avoiding authoritarian regimes, they could’ve just went with European Airbus if that was their goal. Ryanair CEO does not care about any ethics. Money is the motivation here, not bad things that USA does

Honestly, if I were you, I’d install Proxmox VE for the VMs/containers, and Proxmox backup server (possibly as the VMs) for the backups in all the locations. Super easy to configure the backups, and super easy to restore them. All done via a nice enterprise-ready GUI and free of charge

Just join some smaller instance not hosted in the US. That’s what I did, and it prevents centralization. I am super happy with my choice as the bigger instances may be getting defederated while the smaller ones kinda fly under the radar and the chances of getting caught in a collective responsibility for stuff that other users from your instance posted are smaller

Nextcloud is not just a file storage/sharing solution. Nextcloud Talk has no free fully fledged alternatives for instance.
