  • couldn't be that long. i was on the site a couple days ago.

  • usually, it's sufficient to visit a pokémon center every so often, but its worth holding onto an elixir or two for if you've got a 'mon with low-pp moves

  • frogger (1981) arcade machine at the local barcade, i think. sadly the place went out of business a little while back.

  • new. sometimes i switch to others for a laugh, but new is my default.

  • that definitely looks like a van to me.

  • woah, you're right! that's crazy, i had no idea. they must've really dropped the ball marketing the sequels cause this is the first i've heard of it.

  • you really oughtta season your stainless steel too, then you likely won't have such issues.

  • i just think it's crazy that 9/11 was such a success, and they still haven't made a 9/11 2.

  • not sure i get why? they've already got these carts, and presumably have a gba to play them with. it's not like nintendo gets a cut either way, since you're only gonna find used copies.

  • real talk though, use bacon grease instead of butter if you really wanna up your grilled cheese.

  • idk dude, how does anything get to be an olympic sport? it gets popular enough and the olympic committee thinks it'll draw a crowd and decides to include it. it's not like there aren't several other dance sports in the games already.

  • would you believe i came here to make the exact same comment?

  • "weird" is an effective way to shut down right-wing nutjobs because they care too much about conformity, and are likely to change their behaviour if they believe they are going against the will of the herd. it undermines their whole 'silent majority' schtick.

all this to say, i'm autistic, i'm weird, and i don't think that this new strategic use of the word in politics should mean you shouldn't use it in other ways too.

  • is that all ceramic? funny and impressive.

  • i recommend you invest in a good beer safe with a good fire wall. maybe a wall safe, and install it behind this painting.

  • i just beat Spider-Man Remastered (2020) yesterday. It was pretty good! swinging around the city doesn't feel quite as good as Spider-Man 2 (2004), but the combat is a lot of fun, and the story and pacing was great. once i 100% it, i'll probably pick up the sequel when it's on sale.

  • i can't find the exact post after digging through the users archive for a while, but this is definitely a tumblr post.

  • considering the mods aspect, gotta go with Skyrim and Minecraft for my first two. (do i get multiple versions of the game? if i have to pick just one, i'd have to browse some mod lists to decide for minecraft). and maybe a Dance Dance Revolution arcade machine of some sort.

edit: dwarf fortress is also a strong contender as well

  • what you wrote sounds completely insane to me. sure i don't use a mouse on my phone very much, but no way would i ever prefer a trackpad to a mouse for a desktop or laptop. and tons of people still carry a mouse to use with their laptops, based on my observations. i really think you may be an outlier here.
