and watching them with mpv. Still looking for a Tube-Archivist/Pinchflat stlye app that doesn't download the whole channel (or makes me paste single URLs) but has a nice Freetube-like interface for downloading and watching offline ...
Yeah, it works amazingly well, too. I've been rebasing between Bazzite and Kinoite a number of times in the last months (because Bazzite had some problems recognizing my drawing tablet which has been fixed now) without issue.
Be aware that "everything" is probably untrue, though. Most of the custom ROMs still have a lot of Google stuff that is hard to replace / get rid of even with MicroG etc. (e. g. Captive Portal Check still phones home to Google servers on Calyx OS - if not deactivated in settings). Graphene (only on Pixel Phones 👌) probably comes closest. For detailed analysis check:

https://bazzite.gg/ has a (confusingly named) option for older GPUs, you can select the older series when going through the downloader selection options on the website. I've succesfully used that on a system where the "regular" image for newer GPUs didn't work.
If you can take walks in nature. If you have problems with letting go of intrusive thoughts while doing so, try listening to podcasts / audiobooks. Maybe try excercising, running or something similar?
I use Joplin with their selfhosted beta server. I'm pretty happy with it except for the search which is absurdly bad (ctrl-p searchterm to show all notebooks containing the term, selectt one, then search the notebook with ctrl-f. If this isn't what you were looking for go to ctrl-p again. Search the next notenbook. And ctrl-p again. 🤢)
+1 for Bazzite. Atomic distro + NVDIA drivers included 👌
