Tiger mosquitoes have been in the US since they hitched a ride in a tire from China in the 80's, before algore invented the internet or global warming. The cold weather didn't stop them from invading Michigan, new york, Pennsylvania, Vermont, new Hampshire....

Security may be more likely to approve some users having doas, sudo is a no go in many restricted environment.

They will not put AI on flight critical pieces for planes. It's impossible to fully test and verify the software will behave in a predictable fashion. Instead the ai is used in a layer outside the critical path and it's decisions are vetted by flight critical pieces.

Just because they dumbed down what a radiolocation sensor is and called it passive radar doesn't make it a radar. RADAR was an acronym radio detection and ranging. Passive systems triangulate that is different than ranging. For ranging to work you need the transmitter and receiver to cooperate.

Radiolocation can be passive radar can not. Radar requires one or more transmitters and one or more receivers.

They probably uses a ferritic type of stainless, you can pick sheets up with magnets making manufacturing much easier but they are less corrosion resistant than 304 or 316.

It really depends on the type of stainless. My stainless grill which I leave out in the elements year round has not rusted, it's made of 304 stainless which is corrosion resistant but not as much at Marine grade 316. There are thousands of slightly different alloys under the stainless umbrella some are better than others as far as rust goes.

I put mine on an unconnected network attached to a connected desktop. Videos are written and uploaded to the cloud when motion is detected. ISpy is a good open source video system even if it is written in C#.
