  • I know it's still dumb, but in that screenshot they are not using Chat anywhere as a proper noun. The option to get to this screen is no longer Chat settings it's RCA settings. Conversations it says RCS message instead of Chat.

    it could be a phased rollout with the new UI but this seems like such a weird thing so roll out in stages
