  • It’s a TV show. It’s on Apple TV+ or your favorite torrent site.

Honestly? It’s the kind of thing you should go into without reading much about. Part thriller, part workplace drama, part sci-fi. The premise is that people can “sever” themselves from their work, so that they don’t have to remember or think about work in their free time. Sort of like a memory block, but it causes you to basically have two separate memories/selves.

  • Well you should watch it

  • No, this is the internet, go away with your facts and reality!!! I want to be mad at Disney!!!

  • Sit for a few minutes first. Getting up/down will alter it for a few mins

Also, don’t buy a cheap monitor. I’ve used a cheap CVS one that gave different readings 10 times in a row.

  • Was your dog named after the dog in Severance?

  • Depends on how or why the original verdict was thrown out iirc, but usually yes. A new allegation is a new crime that you wouldn’t have been charged with before.

  • Find me a company where this isnt in their terms

    1. It’s down 9% since in revenue compared to this quarter last year. Not good but 71% loss on net income is slightly misleading
    2. Outlook is often more important than earnings. People are, supposedly, hype about the autonomous taxis. But those have been coming “next year” for a couple years now
  • Except yes, he is defending them? What’s your point?

  • I was hoping more for studies that illustrate this, not just an article summarizing it all

  • It’s almost like if you need people to vote for your agenda, you can’t tell them “suck it, I’m gonna support an effort to oust you”

Unless you are a moron of a party leader, this will always be the case, particularly in a 2 party system.

Edit: also, the article doesn’t mention progressives. He’s defending all incumbents, so the conclusion that this is an attack on progressives is not really founded

  • Do you have more info on this?

  • No. Autism is not a reason to be a bigot. Maybe the “lashes out” could be explained by sensory sensitivity (depending on the scenario and what you mean by “lashing out”), but that doesn’t excuse bigotry.

Edit: also, what makes you say she is “mentally younger”? Autism and ADHD don’t stunt maturity in and of themselves

  • I can’t tell if this entire account is attempting to mock people with 0 self awareness or if you actually have no self awareness

    Or, just trolling for downvotes?

  • This almost sounds like BPD-type behavior. There’s nothing about mental illness that makes you a bad human being, but you should still seek treatment.

  • I’m not a licensed therapist but if the problem is recurring across multiple scenarios, you need to look at the common factor across those scenarios. That’d be you

  • Seriously? Did people say that? You complain on here a lot and I call you out each time for your poor behavior and you never acknowledge it (even though my calling you out has been the top comment on a couple of your posts).

You keep spamming stuff about how shitty your job is and how terrible your co-workers are. But you have said that’s across MULTIPLE jobs.

The issue is you refusing to accept your faults.

  • Google “accounting equation”. That principle applies to profit too

Why do both sides of an equation need to balance?
