This is all incredibly valid, salient, and informative. However, it should be stressed that DIY is inherently dangerous and can really go bad. Only do so if you are more than confident in your ability to do everything involved.
I started transition in the early 2000's before the terms "transition" or even "transgender" were even remotely mainstream. HRT wasn't a real thing that you could just get prescribed.
I guess what I'm saying here is that if you have the option and capability, it is worth it (and safer) to do HRT legit. Don't wind up like me with bare bones information and skill, winding up going through a weird pseudo menopause in your 20's.
I have nothing against the idea of DIY, but please stay safe and informed. Don't trust a single source of information.
Ok, I understand that this is a shitpost. I also understand that the intent is to be encouraging. I think Mr. Rogers would understand that and perhaps support it. What I really don't agree with here is mincing the words of probably the only person that the entirety of the US is not only OK with, but supports. In the US, be you Liberal, GQP, or whatever middle or adjacent views you have - this is the most loved person in all of media.
There are hundreds of quotes from him that anyone with an IQ over 20 universally agree with. I know that this is kind of a rant; but please let his words, and only his words, speak for themselves;
AutoCAD does need to die, but there absolutely is no real substitute for MasterCAM. I have a windows PC just for running that software, because nothing comes even kinda close. That license is expensive though, holy shit.
