  • When I'm in ketosis, there would be no way I can eat that entire plate in 1 sitting unless I'm working out. That played including the potatos is like 2 meals.

    Keto helps you consume less foods since you feel more full. Sugars doesn't make you feel more full.

  • Hey man, I was a fat ass with high cholesterol and pre diabetic. I ate keto and cut most carbs from my diet (20mg max a day) and not only did I lose 60lb, my arthritis and back pain disappeared. My cholesterol is at an acceptable levels without medication.

    Sugars and carbs are what is unhealthy. Not meats and fats.
