People suck at math and this is how they confuse people into not caring what the actual price becomes when they have to add multiple items together.

What’s 19.99 + 21.75 + 4.99 + 3.99 + 1.99? Can the common person do that math in their head while grocery shopping? What about adding the tax to that total? Not a chance.

Most people probably don’t even know what the sales tax is in their own state.

I wish more people understood this fact, especially when it comes to voting.

The only way to truly fix this is to change campaign finance laws, Citizens United, and all the other supporting cases that led to the situation we are in.

Neither Trump nor his an administration have the fucking wherewithal to do any of that. Nor do they care.

Did people forget that for half of Trump’s initial presidency he refused to properly and fully staff his administration?

That there were 2000 positions left open because he didn’t want to name somebody to that position because they wouldn’t be approved by the Senate?

That was part of his plan to cripple various government agencies by not fully staffing them. I guess this time he’ll just pack them full of loyalists to make dismantling them faster and easier.

At this point we all know he is going to golf every day, possibly while shitting his adult diapers, while JD Vance implements project 2025 along with the evil capitalist scum fucks that will be his cabinet and administration.

They had four years to find him guilty of an insurrection, disqualify him from running, and put his ass in jail. They should not be a surprise to anyone.
