Eh, fuck ‘em. I’ve been riding my Fedora install for nearly 3 years. Never distro hopped. Never found an issue with it.

I took a breaking DM’ing after running a group for nearly a decade. During that time I started playing 40K. Which, some may not know this, is quite expensive if you don’t know how to 3d print. So I picked up the hobby.

Now that I want to DM again many of my players came to prefer virtual over in person. It makes me sad because I could do stuff like this now without too much effort. What gives?

That was my thought too. I heard a take about how we may see us shift away from GPUs to purpose built PUs as a way to continue process progress now we’re getting pretty small on the silicon scale. Neural nets may be one of these special “PU”s we see.

I can’t put my finger on a number, but for example every time a new Magic the Gathering Arena Set comes out he buys packs until he has a play set of nearly every rare. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was more than five figures annually.

Things are getting a little wild down here in Florida with no signs of slowing down.

Maybe some sort of software that runs better on Windows when you can’t run it through a tool similar to Wine. Even for that subset of software doesn’t work after running it within a VM gets smaller too.

I’m unsure. I use Gnome (for ease honestly) and Fedora with Wayland, so (iirc) dynamic display stuff is a wash and I haven’t even explored yet since I just use the clamshell.
