    For some reason I thought that disconnecting and reconnecting to the network automatically renewed the DHCP lease.

    Is there anyway to force all clients to renew their lease?

  • I’ve thought about doing this, but the downside is that the physical media can deteriorate. I just started backing up my DVDs yesterday to my NAS and the first disc I pulled out was rotting.

My goal was just to look through the privacy policies with this, but you bring up a good point that that might not be a good experiment and could less to false assumptions. I do wonder if Kagi has had any this party analysis to back up their claims since it is not OSS.

  • That’s a good point that I hadn’t considered. I do like the idea of SearXNG, but didn’t have great results when testing it. Maybe I should give it another shot on another instance.

  • I couldn’t get AdGuard Home working properly on my server, so I have been using NextDNS.

  • I didn't realize Star Ocean was out already. I really liked what I saw from the announcement in the NDirect. Shame to hear it doesn't fix some of the outdated design of early RPGs. Guess I'll check out some more reviews.
