Programs clearly understand words from context. Try making it do translation tasks, it can properly translate "tear" to either 泪水 (tears from crying) or 撕破 (to rend) based on context

90% was the top rate, in practice the rich during that time paid less tax than today because they had huge loopholes

Top 1% paid only 16.9% of their income in tax compared to 25.9% now (of the total amount, you can be in a higher bracket and your total percentage will always be lower than your bracket)

People voted for him because he was a war hero and said fuck the banks. As a result, when he was elected he paid off the national debt. I don't mean he didn't run a deficit, he paid off the entire balance.

If you think Trump is comparable, just look at the deficit he left us
