My point is my 2060 can't reach 500 fps even if you run the game in DLSS. You need a more powerful GPU, DLSS can only increase your FPS if the FPS is terrible, it can't boost you from 250 to 500

It depends on the VPN client, doesn't it? I use iptables to route everything through a proxy except local host and proxied connections

I just changed the routing for local networks to ignore the VPN

The most important part for me is discussion of new or existing projects. Right now I'm just typing in alternative to name of proprietary software into a search engine

Maybe that's actually how to approach it, for each project name some proprietary software it can replace in the order of what percentage of functionality it can replace
