The people profiting off of this don't care about the sustainability of their actions. Once they've sucked the land dry, they'll just use their profits to do it somewhere else.

The only people who lose are the poor people who are stuck with the shitty land.

Not everyone is worth hanging around. I know it's difficult to be alone and most people would rather have shitty 'friends' than be alone, but that doesn't mean they won't suffer from being around shitty people.

I think the answer is to take the power away from shitbags by avoiding them. The more people who do this, the less influence shitbags have.

What's embarrassing is the sunk-cost fallacy people are applying to Ukraine.

It seems most people on these forums legitimately believed Ukraine would blaze past Russia in their counteroffensive after getting Western weapons. When that didn't happen, nobody came out and said "we were wrong." It's just doubling-down, lol.

It's sad how many people legitimately believe the outcome of this war is already decided in Ukraine's favor. Just shows how effective propaganda is at making people believe fantasies.

We can start by stopping aid to Israel. They have enough wealth to fund their own genocides.
