Yeah, and it completely fucked over the new player experience as well, their New Light thing in the Cosmodrome was a such a step down, people didn't know where to begin playing the game and had no clue as to what the Red War was, despite every NPC praising you
Apple repeatedly emphasizes that this problem was rare and affected a small number of users and a small number of photos. The company did not and does not have access to a user’s photos or video.
This is still a disconcerting issue, but there is comfort to be taken in the fact that the photos in question were not stored in iCloud and could not have resurfaced on a device after it was properly erased and sold.
Oh, if they say so themselves then I trust them 100% always trust the culprit words, thank you Apple for telling the truth (it's the truth because they said so)
Edit : apologies if this comment came off as aggressive, I did not check the community I was in ; I totally understand you guys would be less skeptical of apple than I am
I just started using Local Send (https://f-droid.org/packages/org.localsend.localsend_app/) ; what a blessing this app is, no more uploading to someone else's computer the cloud and downloading to my pc or vice versa, it's so fast too
I ran !lemmyvision@jlai.lu which is Eurovision but for Lemmy,, it was fun ! I'm thinking of making a special Lemmyvision event in the upcoming months, but otherwise expect a second edition next year 🤗
I swore allegiance to Kojima after Death Stranding. His convoluted stories and endless cut scenes without the lore and characters of the game behind them, just appeals to me.
It quite hard to be patient, cause I love Norman Reedus and I think he looks so cool he should be on ride with Norman Reedus
Yeah idk why people would pay for a digital product before its release, it's not like it will suddenly be unavailable after release, and they'll have spent money on something they can't own and enjoy yet
I played and loved many games that were taken down or abandoned (Gigantic, Dawngate, Strife, Destiny 2...) to the point where I instinctively prepare myself mentally to 'lose' a game if I'm enjoying it too much. This is the case with The Finals, it just feels so good to play, but past trauma has made me wiser and reminds me that it will not last, so I'm enjoying every second of it.
This game will not succeed with the bare bones marketing they're giving it, that, and Nexon is the publisher, and also the FPS market is oversaturated so how could it take off when the other options have cemented their position. But wow, what an experience it's been while it lasted, probably the best shooter I've ever played.
Is there a way to control the in game time when hosting a server or do you have to deal with the decay of (whatever decays) ? The game looks super fun with friends but some might be turned off if it becomes a chore
