There are quite a lot of places, even some chains but my old staples have either closed or got to the point of quality degrading after being open so long so I'm chasing the dragon
It sounds like it would work for 99% of people but as I only buy ethically sourced meat and don't cook it often at home, and it being just for me - the price & effort ratios are too broken for my use case. If I'm going to that level of effort I might as well crack out the smoker with some brisket and short rib which would be far superior.
Far too much effort for a single meal when I'm the only person in the house who occasionally eats meat, and will not cross contaminate any pans, utensils etc
Potentially contentious topic, but where in your opinion is the absolute best place to get a smashed patty beef burger that importantly also does an awesome vego/pescatarian option for my partner that isn't specifically a beyond burger (impossible burger is fine)? Preferably a hidden gem. Must be at a minimum Rockwell and Sons level for quality and creativity. Price is irrelevant as I really want an awesome new smashed burger.
I've always loved how you always go for a couple of staple varieties that do really well regularly and I go "I want them all, more pretties!" and they do poorly.
Yesterday I noticed that the Aussie version of The Office was out so I'm guessing the NDA isn't applicable any more. But damn you Amazon Preview for making me suffer through a whole test episode of that just so that I could fill out the qualtrics survey demanding they never subject me to that trash ever again.
Just me and my partner, 4 bed. Not sure what the air con system is as it's a rental and there are vents in all of the ceilings so...!? Gas is just for the hob. But we're hardcore gamers etc and I'm a data hoarder 🏴☠️ so our base is already quite high. But let's blame the Chrissy tree lighting we still haven't taken down :D
I'm really sorry. Even when you know it's coming the death of a parent is really hard. Know that it's OK to not be OK for a while, but that you will be OK again. We'll all be here for you and do whatever we can to support you in our limited way.
