Oh for fucks sake. You do realize that when you don't have herd immunity, the virus gets a wonderful chance to evolve and become resistant or even immune to the vaccine right? A vaccine isn't nearly as effective when herd immunity isn't at play and vaccines aren't 100% effective, wanes over time, not everyone can get them, newborns can't get them right way, and immunocompromised still have problems even with the vaccine.
