Just got a "how and why to vote liberal" flyer in the mailbox. There are two candidates in my seat - a Labor and a Green. Good work on the analytics there fellas.
The price hasn't come through yet (tapped on with phone figuring it would be cheaper then taxi). And 45mins to get across to the north suburbs is pretty good.
Thanks mate. I know that its actually a good sign - I am on a much more even keel now then a few years ago body and mind. But sometimes I push it all a bit hard and I hate having a sore tummy.
Stressed week + relaxed cheese and wine yesterday == tummy ache 😔. And I have a plane to catch. I am counting the days until I get a break at Easter 🐣🐣🐣
Lovely walk this morning and crashed out into emergency nap when I got home. Now. up. Quick shop and tidy up and then to a friend's for drinks in the sun.
Yes we have a good broad based system. A trip to the ER costs nothing. Many doctors visits are at least partially covered. I had to have overnight tests done which required a (public) hospital stay - no out of pocket. It's not perfect but it's pretty great compared to, say, the US. Conservative side of government would love to dismantle it and both sides chip away at it.
