It is and it isn't. I find the decline of malls and their abandonment absolutely fascinating. Relics of their time before online shopping. From behemoths of capitalism to shells of their former selves. Hell anything abandoned is kind of cool. But malls kinda hit different.

I think temporarily Starlink should be reducing their constellation ambitions, spread out the dishes and reduce throughput. The accessibility Starlink offers is a 11/10 win for the world. But the bandwidth and size should come after we have better mitigation for Kessler Syndrome and inference with observing the universe.

I know with family people also greatly value "Find My". Especially parents and their children. I'm very well versed in iOS and android as I've had both. Google Maps location sharing is ok but not the same as "Find My".
Not to mention that we'd need data on how many bots makeup reddit interactions/engagement to compare against the traffic data. My guess, bots likely increased.
They always do. Though in lemmys case I imagine it'll be bigger instances running off with delusional admins thinking they're some exception to the rule.
That's always been my only reason for holding google to a different standard. I know what data they harvest and see really clever optimizations and tailored experiences for me on their services. I actively see the benefit of my data being collected as the end user. I've ever felt that with meta products.
Same, I've switched to it for the time being. All these apps suck in their own way for the time being. It's so exciting waking up to fresh updates every other day though. I've got them all installed and rotate between them.
