If you think in flops per watt, maybe a little bit, but not a lot. Do you have one or two good procs for almost free, or half a dozen new sbcs at $100 each? Takes a while to save back that amount in power.
General strikes accomplish a fuck of a lot more in a shorter amount of time. When the owners of the administration can't get their poptarts to the stores to be sold, the bank calls their loans and shit gets real.
I love mine, but I wasn't going to pay new price for them. But used, it's worth the money. Like you say, it folds down to a very small block and fits in the pocket well. I just make sure I put the outside screen towards my chest (shirt pocket) and never had it fall out like other phones do, since I'm pretty actively moving most days.
I primarily went with this after my 6a got a cracked screen and the replacement, even on Amazon, was more than buying another used 6a. So it's not restricted to Motorola, for sure.
I mean, what's the difference on the outer screen being exposed vs the entire screen of a regular phone being exposed?
I have a 2023 model and if the outer screen gets cracked, big deal, I don't use it for anything except checking the time without opening it up. And the main screen is completely protected when closed. I'm a farmer and my phones are usually broken within weeks, this one has lasted me 6 months without getting cracked. Mainly because it's small enough to not fall out of my shirt pocket and go up an auger.
Magnifique.
