  • Sorry, I accidentally deleted my comment, because I reposted

This is the most believable thing for a three year old to say. Not every three year old has that grasp of language, but they definitely all think like that, lol.

My favorite quote from my niece is her shouting up to my sister from downstairs: “mommy, how do you spell, ‘I don’t love you, mommy?’”

  • I don’t know much about West Virginia, except that most of the people running it still havedeep political ties to the Hatfields/McCoys feud. I handled litigated coal miner’s lung insurance cases for a while, and that came up again and again, to the point that that our local legal manager would monitor the family ties of local defense firms and judges.

I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s really what got manchin elected, but it’s also something that could work for lots of potential candidates

  • This is a bullshit article. They ask how people treat themselves or celebrate an extraordinary day, then use every example of that treat (going out to dinner, and spending time with family are both listed) as evidence that you had an extraordinary day. Like, it’s a nice way to prompt gratitude, but it’s not a metric for extraordinary days

  • Remember a few years ago when Connor mcgregor was going to fight Floyd mayweather? Those two native English speakers had entirely different theories about the word “boy.”

Just because some Arabic speakers use a different word for a different thing, does not mean that these Arabic speakers are. Imagine for a moment, that this is a horrible coincidence: what would you need to see to prove it to yourself?

  • The NYT is not credible regarding Israel. They’ve done very shoddy journalism there (with complete amateurs who don’t understand ethical journalism codes), but stand behind their work in a way that discredits them.

  • It’s weird to see you two interact. I see both of your usernames around on here and just group them together because they both start with hu- names and form homophones for words/phrases.
