There are plenty of organizations out there working to make sure this doesn't happen. You could sing up for one of them instead of spreading doom and gloom on the internet. The change starts with you.
My in-laws voted for him twice. They are pro-life, and that's all that matters to them. Otherwise they support progressive policies like single-payer healthcare. But when it comes to abortion, they will vote for a literal anti-Christ to make it illegal. Funny that they are Catholic.
What indicators are there the economy is cooling? Genuinely asking because I thought we just got a great report about economic growth at 5.2%, which is the fastest quarterly rate in 2 years. I know the interest rates are high, but people are still spending.
“X is enabling an information independence that is uncomfortable for some people,” Ms. Yaccarino wrote. “X is standing at a unique and amazing intersection of Free Speech and Main Street — and the X community is powerful and here to welcome you.”
Wow, the mental gymnastics. Someone call the Olympic committee.
It's not Spotify that's "giving them that choice." It's the podcast distributor. For example, I use Red Circle, and I can choose to insert ads through them. Podcasts have the same ads regardless of the platform they are on. It's not Spotify, it's the podcasts. I don't like ads either...
It's called dynamic ad insertion, and it's the podcast hosts choosing to insert ads into their podcasts. I know this because I have a podcast with no ads.
But it's literally the podcast hosts choosing to insert ads. Not Spotify. It would be like blaming Netflix because you didn't like what the characters are wearing on one of the movies.
Podcasts will have ads no matter where you listen to them. That's not Spotify inserting them, it's the podcasts. I pay for a family subscription to Spotify, and I never get ads in between songs, not after updates or anything.
Truth is, the information contained in this meme is several years old (but accurate). I've seen it thrice by now, and he wasn't nearly as focused on me the third time. So, it does get better.
I’ve done it. You’re not supposed to come up with a finished product in 30 days (although some people do). Mine was a first draft of roughly 55k words.
