  • Yup! But this guy is a pro-highway/anti-public-transport urban expansionist.

With the bad planning (read here populist tax cuts), he currently has water/sewers issues such that most of the city cannot be densified, amplifying the local housing crisis.

This small city has worse traffic condition than the province capital on the other side of the river!

  • Hehe, that's just a fun thing I noticed 😉

  • I see IIII in there and I cry a little on the inside.

  • I had a colleague code a FFT algorithm in Excel because that was the only deployment tool the customer would be allowed to use...

  • What if the sponsor is the blanket university funding for a professor's research? It may have some bias, but there is no steak in the actual result.

I expect to see "these results call for more research on the topic", but that's pretty much it.

  • Poynting vector points towards the direction energy is going, if I recall correctly.

  • Petition to rename the common words: boyling water, poynting towards things, and heavi weights.

  • I didn't know of other type of oxides that eat into the metal like rust does...

But it's true that a "rusted crown" implies that it is iron-based, so the cantrip should work!

  • Yeah... Reading back my comment, it was badly written... I know rust is a type of oxydation, but that's not what I wrote!

  • Technically, rust can only occur on iron-heavy metals and alloys. Otherwise it's just called oxidation.

The difference with "rust" is that rust will eat into the metal and change its shape, while oxydation only changes the surface color and texture.

Edit: yeah... Rust is a specific type of oxydation, it wasn't really clear from my comment. What I wanted to say is that rust implies the material is iron-based!

  • We once skipped an entire chapter of "Out of the abyss" by saying "nope!" and running out of the city!

The DM introduced all the factions in the city, we realized they were all conspiring against each other, and they all asked of us to collaborate with them (against the others)... Instead, we stole a ship in the night and sailed away!

Only afterwards the DM told us it means we skipped a full chapter he had worked hard to prepare!

  • It's definitely possible to control what people prefer to watch. For example by spending on ads, or by providing more production budget to the things you want people to prefer.

It's something that can happen everywhere, but it depends on soil type in your area.

Some places are more prone to radon, but it can happen anywhere.

I think it's well known in Canada just because the country has always been a pioneer in geoscience due to its vast territory... Then again maybe there's more risk in Canada.

  • Notice how the thumbnail is from an AirThing View, but these detectors are not mentioned in the article.

I conclude that the AirThing is ok!

  • Yeah, if you max out your stealth and bonus attacks, you can increase DPR a lot. Almost as good as stealth archer.

  • I hope he fails the leadership review and they tear themselves apart trying to select a new leader.

  • Please don't put your phone in your mouth, even during election night.
