  • I'm not an expert but uh, I don't think this had anything to do with AI. It was just a scanner in a basket.

  • Wow that has not been my experience thankfully, but I can definitely understand being upset by that, especially the fold stuff.

I advocate for voting with your wallet.

  • Fun fact but it's actually a pretty recent thing for the language in the first place. While first done in the 1700's iirc, there are Spanish language publications that didn't follow the punctuation rules as recently as the 1900's.

  • I didn't mind the mobile UI update, it had some kinks at first that I mostly think have been worked out. So some of these kinds of things will just be difference of taste.

  • What decisions have impacted your ability to use the service? I'm not keen on all of the choices they've made, but they also don't negatively impact the way that discord serves me.

  • I encourage you to vote for whomever you want representing you, but I also cannot stress enough that saying your mind is set is perhaps short sighted. This is something you should be evaluating right up to election day.

  • This will be an unpopular opinion here, but Discord is worth paying for and I do. Obviously, everyone's usage will differ, but I use it for video and voice chat for several hours a week and I can count on one hand the number of hours that have been disrupted by discord service outage. That kind of value is worth paying for imho.

  • You got some proof to back up that claim?

  • UPS is never United Postal Service. You might have meant UPS as United Parcel Service, or you might have mistaken USPS (United States Postal Service).

In this context they are using UPS as Uninterruptable Power Supply.

  • Because of the number of Youtubers/influencers who play indie horror.

  • doesn’t look so obvious

So what doesn't look so obvious? You know that donations can be claimed on your taxes too, right?

  • The temperature in the river was about 47 degrees Fahrenheit (8 degrees Celsius) in the early hours of Tuesday, according to a buoy that collects data for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

    Edited to add:
Replies seem to think that I think 8°C water isn't cold or dangerous. I don't think that.

  • This isn't about hardware, though. The experiment was performed on a Switch.

  • Saying that Trump did nothing to help the country and that he should not run again is being a sycophant?

  • This study demonstrates, for the first time, the successful integration of cyanate into a perovskite solar cell to develop a cutting-edge triple-junction perovskite/Si tandem solar cell, proving cyanates to be viable substitute for halides in perovskite-based solar cells.

Ah yes, I recognized a few of those words.
