Check out Unbound. I am sure there is a docker image available for it. Unbound used to be recursive only. Now it has support for both recursive and authoritative DNS. The docs are good for it and there are plenty of examples. But that much said, I am curious why you want to do this. DNS is a really critical service. Chances are your cloud based service will be more reliable with faster resolution times. I am very pro-self hosting and I don't do it myself. I don't even do email myself either.
Thank you for your reply and apologies for the dumb question. I did some further and more careful digging into it and I needed to add some firmware via AUR. Once I did that, everything worked as it should.
I hope the Turkish government implements something themselves. From a technology standpoint, implementing this is not terribly difficult as there are open source solutions that have been developed. Rather than try and reinvent the wheel, just simply model a system after one already in place.
They're more than wealthy enough to engage in other activities and hobbies. They got rich in civil service, now it's time for them to GTFO and make room for a younger, progressive leftist generation.
