That’s how the previous gen failing the current gens - Purposely oversupply the workforce to get cheap labours.

The worst, the oversupply is archived by giving them a false dream and selling them eduction and earning from them

You are right, requiring one to be at management level to increase pay is a waste of talents and waste of taxpayers money.

Would you kindly elaborate on the merit-based system? Are you referring to it being applied to regulate the consulting cost or it is to attract high skill employees for the government to replace the consultants?

There seems to be a lot of anti consumer and action against humanity behaviour from multiple industries in Australia: coal, energy, telecom, building, REA, supermarkets, etc

All of them are just pure evil but masking themselves as capitalists. They are buying our politicians and the average citizens are so powerless.

if you have a usb-c to display port, give that a try without a dock usb-c hub -> usb-c display port only work on high end hubs (i have an alogic right in front of me now that works)

Mine was like that with HDMI cable until I have my hands on the usb-c to mini-display cable
