I know the game gets a lot of hate, but i think it is worth $20. It was a good bit of fun for a while, but it’s no masterpiece.

Because it is actually a decent game and is a lot of fun to play. The story is silly, as expected. Combat and movement are a ton of fun.

My only current complaint is the missions are a bit repetitive.

Maybe a better title, “nobody perpetually on social media is ok right now”.

This is just clickbait. Yea, there was a bug for the first few people that changes their location to New Zealand to play early, but 99% of people did not experience that bug.

Suicide Squad.

I started last night after work and had to force myself to go to bed. The movement and combat in the game are a ton of fun and giving me Doom Eternal vibes. Dancing around the battlefield, using the right attack on the right npc, and just making things explode.

It’s damn fun.

I would LOVE to vote FOR something. It’s been many years since that has been an option.

It is because they aren’t. Biden is a “not Trump” candidate. That’s it. We are voting against Trump, not for Biden.

Google is an advertising company. Apple is a hardware/software company. They have very different incentives from one another. Neither are my friend, but one’s entire business model runs on psychological manipulation, the other sells iPhones.

This wasn’t the point though. It is that both options are bad. Yes, one is objectively less bad, but I’d guess a majority of Americans will not vote for Biden but instead against Trump.

I will absolutely cast a vote for Biden, but not because I like Biden.

The alternative is much worse. I don’t want to be poor and/or homeless. I want to be able to take vacations and not worry about surprise expenses. I want to actually be able to retire someday.

The alternative is a much harder life to live, in my opinion. For me, giving up 40ish hours a week for the peace of mind it worth it. Yes, work is not how I’d prefer to spend my time, but it allows me to spend the rest of my time doing as I’d please.

That’s not even a gamble. That’s almost guaranteed.

Listen to people when they tell you who they are.

Stop using social media. Yes. Good idea.

Stop using the internet entirely? No. Bad idea.
