Not parent poster but my LG G2 just works(tm), been going for 12 years now.

Scrape the whole site and feed it to an LLM? Or, just use TWP addon every time you browse each page and download thru SingleFile.

It seemed extremely sketchy to me, most results were from other engines and it was embracing some weird crypto.

It's good. Never had any issues, and I'm on the free plan.

Does this proxygram still work? It seems like it hasn't been patched for a while, and Instagram's notorious for blocking these.

Those DNS blocklist features are on Mullvad as well. FYI your PiHole won't work while connected thru VPN, if it does you're leaking DNS.

I just have about:profile as the first on my bookmark toolbar. You can also make a shortcut to firefox --ProfileManager in your OS.

It already just works, just go to about:profiles and launch as another profile. There's also have container tabs, so no need for a separate profile when you only need isolation.

you're right, but startpage is slower than lightweight google :p

It seemed like the Key2 recently got a successful bootloader unlock. There's no custom rom for it yet but hopefully someone might in the near future. Or you can just debloat the stock rom, but that would be Android 8.1.

Luckily, as of today I can still set my user agent to something like a Playstation or ancient firefox/IE to get a lightweight HTML-based page. The results are in www.google.com/url?q= format but I can use a redirector extension for that.

unfortunate, but i haven't yet found a viable alternative.. though tbh i just noticed before i wasn't even running the latest mull build, so lol.

tbh GTK2 feels superior to GTK4, though I'm glad it's still being developed.

duckduckgo seems to provide weird llm generated "summaries" instead of actual description recently though. I heard they come from Bing but not entirely sure.

it just wastes my system's resource for no gain. imo it's sufficient to have a proper adblock + js/cookie/xhr whitelist + container tabs.
