Beyond that it's legitimately useful for logging into a second account on a site or for various testing purposes as a web developer. Though if you're consistently using it for the former, containers are a better solution.

Antipop is definitely a great way to describe all his other stuff. And to be clear, I kinda went against the theme of this discussion because I genuinely quite like his other stuff, just not to the degree that I like that one hit.

How about we take it a step further: Gotye's song "Somebody That I Used to Know" is sooooo different from the rest of his discography. The rest of that album is great but is stylistically very different and never blew me away like that one single.

That's what I thought when I saw the number of mods in that pack, but after a bit of tweaking (a few mods that cause crashing in Linux) it's been quite stable. I'm only about 10 hours in though.

Unfortunately with the upcoming FO4 patch in a few days, a lot of those mods are gonna be broken for a few weeks/months. Bad timing by Bethesda on that front.

The show caused me to finally buy FO4, and so I immediately hopped onto Nexus and downloaded the highest-rated mod collection for the game. It has over 700 mods, so something tells me I won't actually be playing much of the game for a while yet. (I wouldn't deign to play a modern Bethesda game without mods.)

So it's also infused with microplastics. They should add that to the marketing so people know what a great deal they're getting.

It followed in the footsteps of Napster and limewire as a P2P client, primarily for sharing music. Unlike its predecessors, it survived basically unchanged for the last decades, basically just flying under the radar.

I still recommend it, though I think Nicotine+ is a better client (its a different frontend for the same network). It's not necessarily better than torrenting, just different. It also has chatrooms which I used to quite enjoy as a youngster back in the early 2000s.

We store several hundred terabyte of data for "personal" (i won't go into the contents as its not for public, nothing illigal either) usage.

Got it - it's all Linux ISOs.

I actually like that my gaming computer makes a bit of noise. I can tab out while it's loading a game with tons of mods and know by the sound exactly when it's ready to play.
