At this point I don't even really care if a game has a native port. If it works with Proton there's a good chance it'll run better than the native version anyway. If that saves developers time I'm fine with it.
Welcome to everything this year. Seemingly every app in the world is jumping on the bandwagon, and some are more egregious than others. I swear if Elementor (WordPress editor) mentions AI again I'm gonna uninstall it in every site I have access to.
You do have to worry about some things though. I couldn't say what those things are, but I have a hunch that temple_os users have some pretty unique worries.
Judging by Modi's electoral success there are a lot of rightwing Indians in India as well. Just goes to show that conservatism can take many forms and doesn't have to adhere to any (specific) racial bounds.
Yup! But in my experience that accuracy made them sound better. I've been out of the game for over a decade, but sometimes I dream of buying a decent set just for this sort of passive listening.
Years ago when I worked in audio production I would sometimes just sit in my studio to listen to music on my monitors. They're technically not supposed to sound "better" but they certainly tend to sound more detailed. If you're too busy to mix, you could at least do that. (Plus you'll get a better frame of reference for the monitors/room.)
I'm not defending AI, but I've seen Excel manage worse on its own. Granted, it's almost always my fault for not fully understanding the enigmatic systems that power its logic.
The genus name is derived from Hot Wheels, an American brand of scale model cars. The long coiled embolus of the palpal bulb of this new genus reminded the authors of a looping Hot Wheels track.
The species is named for Sisyphus, a king featured in the Iliad, who is punished by the gods for cheating death. For this, the gods sentenced him to an eternity of rolling a boulder up a hill, only for it to roll back down. The cyclical nature of his punishment reminded the authors of the circular copulatory tube of the spider.
These dudes are on a whole different level when it comes to naming spiders.
I don't have an answer for you (other than outright changing the system time, but I'm sure you're after a more elegant solution). I'm really curious about these circumstances though - why would the developers do that?
Yeah, and this isn't just a Firefox thing - caching issues happen in every browser now and then. It seems like every other month I have to help a co-worker clear their Chrome cache to be able to log into QuickBooks again. Weirdly, the problem seems to happen to me less in Firefox despite so many big sites not being optimized for it anymore.
My god, Canonical are pushing Snap on everything these days.
