100% this. The absence of free WiFi will do shit, people still have mobile internet. Providing WiFi is just part of a good service. And what about customers who come alone for working on their laptop? It's just silly, nothing else.
The last time I tried Firefox on a touch device the pitch to zoom function was basically useless. It was nothing but an equivalent to [Ctrl] + [+]. This was some years ago, so it could be better now.

Ctrl + Shift + Enter does that, too. I discovered this just recently and I'm using it every day since. Alt + Enter opens the properties of a file, which is also quite nice.
We carry devices with us that are more powerful than the Switch, yet we're here with this bullshit that mobile gaming is. It's just sad how techno feudalism is destroying everything.
What happened to reddit will probably happen on a much larger scale to the entire internet. First the enshittification destroys everything and then a new thing will emerge that much more resembles the old internet. Google's Web Environment Integrity could be the last nail in the coffin and speed up the change significantly.
