  • . Right you are. I don't have a Facebook account or have the app installed on my phone, yet they are attempting to track data from my camera system app.

Highly recommend DuckDuckGo browser or RethinkDNS for everyone reading this (if you are on Android).

Edit: Also PiHole, though it is a bit more complicated to set up.

  • I've noticed a drop in efficacy when I have a period of time where I'm anemic. I'm basically having to take iron supplements non-stop for that reason...

Nice to hear from someone else with a similar experience, and I hope that improving the anemia leads to an improvement in ADHD symptoms too!

  • Manufacturers try really hard to stop their proprietary software from getting out into the world, because when it does this is exactly what happens.

Case in point: I have a $35 phone app that lets me change software configurations on my BMW, and it is great. Can't change anything related to engine, aftertreatment, or safety though...which is a good thing.

  • Propane is way less energy dense per volume than diesel, so it isn't feasible for long-haul trucking. CNG/LNG is more energy dense than propane, but still nowhere near that of diesel fuel, which is why you see it in busses and garbage trucks. I know a few massive fleets (UPS comes to mind) that use CNG for some of their local routes, but that is probably more for the "green" optics than anything else.

  • That's exactly what it is. I just had this happen where two US highways merge, and it told me to "keep straight on HWY 20" at that location. You'll also often see this where two interstates merge for a while in and around cities.

  • Thanks for your response! What you've told me is accurate, and I have always taken all my Garmin measurements with a grain of salt. But the measurements of stress also coincide with actually feelings of immense stress, restlessness, anxiety, and extreme debilitating mental and physical fatigue.

I took Adderall for 2 years, starting with small doses and slowly titrating up after a few months of consistency. Over that time, the symptoms I describe began to start and become more severe. I did in fact have a nice stretch at the start where the Adderall was working well. I definitely didn't jump ship at the first sign of physiological changes...only at the point where continuing with the Adderall was going to continue negatively impacting my life and work.

In my futile attempt to stop my post from running on and on with these bits of context, I omitted it and posted it...to a forum full of people that thrive on excessive amounts of context.
