@azurefirefly@spez If I recall correctly you can autocomplete the package name. I understand what you mean, having this long names can be underproductive when you know only one app exists with that name, but imagine having various apps with the same name. This naming allows for easier identification
@Haui@Dizzar wdym by in opossition to amd? As far as I know amd is better than nvidia. I recently built a new pc from ground and choose to use both amd cpu and gpu and I had 0 problems so far. Back when I had a nvidia gpu it used to cause more headaches by simply breaking once every few updates
@sharkfucker420@atmur Same, its funny Kubuntu died on me twice on one year due to updates, while Arch hasn't died yet. Yes, it almost broke completly twice but I was able to fix it with help ( and always the error was related to my clumsiness ). And also, using arch has lead me to understanding many things about linux that I wouldn't pay attention in ubuntu.
Also, now I can say Arch BTW which probably is the main reason for moving ngl
