I couldn't imagine marrying someone with totally opposing political views. Disagreements on some issues sure, but totally opposing political views is essentially like having totally opposing values, morals and ethics to a degree, etc. Base things that play a role in determining compatibility.

They experienced a whole ass previous four year term, culminating in the USA becoming the covid capital of the world and over a million people dying from it just in that one country, and were like, "Yeah, let's do that again."

Maybe we can get back to workplaces training their employees for the job they want them to do rather than putting the entire cost of training on 18 year oldish high school graduates for a job market that might not even be great (or exist) once they graduate post-secondary.

Just slightly less than when they came up with a fan that doesn't buffet you with air as though that's not what you want from a fan.

Yes over half. If nearly half of respondents disapprove, than the other over half either support it or don't care enough to oppose it, which is to say they aren't concerned about it.

We need to push back on the idea that you represent a brand or that brand has any authority over you when off the clock.

Infuriating. And a reminder that donations to politicians isn't the only way the wealthy can put their thumb on the scale wrt money in politics. One wonders whether billboard buys from certain political parties (but not others) would be, "Too controversial."

'House' is a common shortening of 'House of Commons', the elected portion of Parliament. Parliament as a whole also includes the Senate. The distinction matters here because the tax cut has not passed through the Senate as of yet.

US history is a little more than unblemished, though. Hell, not even history. They are literally arming a genocidal state as we speak.

Just in general cast iron has this sense about it like people think it's made of gossamer and not a chunk of literal iron. They aren't that delicate. Even coarse scrubbies are fine if not applied too firmly.
