  • That's pretty rude. I'm all for critism where it is due but seems like in any article about China rather than discussing the article we use the article to prove our preconceived notion is truth.

    Same as I don't automatically believe any article I read about UK/US/Europe.

  • I think a lot of it is purely because there are more fans now because of DtS, etc. They haven't lived through an era of domination like this before so it is all new I guess.

    Personally, I don't mind it. It is part of the sport for me. I'm just happy my favourite team are doing better this year! :)

  • How does this equate in real life though? People often say that Haas basically uses last season's parts and they're at no where the level of 2022 Ferrari.

    If I'm perfectly honest I can't see this helping Alpha Tauri a huge amount.

  • People have a complete right to complain about privacy and make their own choices with what they find acceptable. All of those examples you listed are where people are making a concious choice. Apps sneaking in data collection is not acceptable, people are most likely to already trust the app when the rug is pulled from under them.
