Most towns are not urban by any standard. I ate dinner over the weekend in a town with a population of 669. It was big enough to have its own restaurant and post office. It was a 30-40 minute drive from any town with a population over 10,000 (and that, just barely).

This implies Harvard somehow makes a profit. I'm pretty sure Harvard's accountants can show they have nothing to pay taxes on even with a large endowment, and especially if they are funding research formerly supported by the federal government. Also property taxes are not collected by the feds, so I'm also pretty sure they still won't pay property taxes. They don't really have shareholders to worry about. I think this is just Trump being clueless again.

One of the fundamental rules of working in law enforcement is "Don't fuck with judges". They must be amateurs.

Even then you'd need a majority of congress to be sympathetic to the rioters. Most of them are so isolated that chaos in the streets really wouldn't change their lives or opinions - except maybe to advocate for martial law and more deportations. We could try to vote them out in 2 years but that also seems unlikely unless a real opposition party emerges that actually gains traction.
